Creating a Oracle Database Cloud Service from Oracle Identity Cloud?

I am trying to create an Oracle Database service with backup using Oracle Identity Cloud.

While creating  a service, it is asking for Backup and Recovery configuration. It is asking for a Cloud storage container url. Please provide information and details on how to get the Cloud storage container url for my instance.
