SSL HTML site cannot be reached

HI,

I have configured HTML server to work on SSL by following the 9.2 Security Administration guide chapter/section:19.2.1.

Now after starting the web-server I am unable to reach the URL, it says- (the error given below is uisng chrome)

This site can’t be reached

devdc01jdw02.domain.name refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Please Advise.

Apps: 9.2

Tools: 9.2.1.4

Weblogic: 12.1.3

OS/JAS- Oracle Linux
