For a One time Payment how to Create AR Invoice with Accounting Rule

in Property Manager - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

If lease is say for 8 Month and a one time Billing Invoice is created at the beginning of lease; can same be created with accounting Rules (to recognize revenue monthly) and invoicing Rule as Invoice in Advance. If yes, How.
