RD Error message Data structure values get refreshed after deployment.. JDE Technical

I have create one Report Definition and I am using 2 Error message DD items inside the RD, One for renaming the output and 1 for changing the Email subject and body. I have attached a data structure to both the DD items and i am passing XML tags to the DSTR to manipulate things on run time, But once the RD is deployed to the higher environment the XML tags passed to the DSTR gets refreshed, The DSTR becomes blank. I have faced this while moving the RD from DV-PY-QA. Is there a solution for this because once the
