How to restrict user to view using a customized grid format?

Hello there! We are on E1 9.2, Tools Release 9.2.1.2.

We activated and secured UDO Grid Format on application P4310. Except user with role SYSADMIN, all are not allowed to create, publish or modify any customized grid format. We then create a customized grid format named "All User Default" and set it as default format for P4310 and publish it. Now users see this format when opening P4310. However, management does not want the "Show All Columns" appearing. Is there are way to remove it? Thanks.
