Incorrect Burden Schedule seen in View Burden Schedules

We changed our burden schedules to have a new multiplier - new version, end dated old, compiled, etc.  Some projects did not recalculate.  Looking at one, the award has the correct burden schedule in the complinaces tab and the task does not have an override.  But when I go to View Burden Schedules, I see an old schedule that is end dated, although the last version is not end dated.  I'm trying to figure out where it is connected because I can't see it in the setups.  Not in award compliances tab, or the task DFF structure override field.  Is
