Feeback - Make Fluid My Cases (ESS) predefined search configurable
For the HR HelpDesk module. The FLUID My Cases page in Employee Self Service has a predefined search of "All My Open Cases' defaulted via PeopleCode We want to change the default to 'All My Cases' and imagine our disappointment that this is not configurable. Please enable the ability to control this default via configuration rather than customization.
Best place to configure (consistent with other pages): Set Up CRM > Product Related > Call Center > Self-Service Configuration > Predefined Search Attributes
