After applying new patch Lines 14, 15, 16 are not correct

We just applied the latest  patch for 2017 filing  and we see that Line 14 shows 1A instead of 1E for family coverage, and Line 15 and Line 16 blank. These values were correct last year.

We used to see  Line 14: 1E or 1C or 1D or 1B, and Line 15: Employee only Coverage amount: 200, and Line 16: 1C offer accepted.

What is the change this year? Any idea?
