How to add additional Payment Frequency

Hi, we were trying to add additional Payment frequency other than the ones that are already there. Our company is on 13 period calendar and we don't see a way to add an additional payment frequency in Property Manger Leases.

We were suggested to use "One Time" frequency. But this includes manual work every period. Is there any alternate way where we can automate the payments?
