OSM Patch instllation rollback - is it possible without lossing processed orders?
I'm planning to install a patch OSM 7.2.2.7.0 over 7.2.2.4.59.
Is it possible to rollback the installation when after several hours we discover that the performance is worse then before the upgrade?
I don't want to loose orders that have entered the system after new version went life.
On application side I can easily backup:
Application:
Backup OSM Home Directory
Backup WebLogic Server Domain Directory
Backup WebLogic Persistent Store
Database:
Backup the Cartridge Metadata using XML Import/Export.
When I discover that the new version has problems I can let OSM consume all the JMS messages from oms_events queue and restore the WebLogic part of the system.
