CWB Plan Security - Not able to add Responbility

Hi,

I am facing 2 Issues in CWB.

1. Not able to add Responsibility (Specific)

I added few Responsibilities using CWB plan security in Compensation workbench to restrict the plan.

Where as I found only few responsibilities are showing in List to select but not all.

Does any one know why not all the Responsibilities are shown and are there any impact due to profile options set and hence they are not displayed in Lov?

2. CWB Post Process Lov has both Plans displayed.

We have mutliple Bg's and 2 global plans. Trying to restrict plans at BG level to not display for other BG Administrator. When i select Post process from Self service page I can see only one plan restricted to Responsbility. but when I check from Submit process and Requests -> CWB Post process> I can see both plans.
