Can I have access to 2 different SI's from different Organizations?

Am helping support a 2nd organization and they provided me their SI to request access, but it won't validate. They sent me a screen shot to confirm it's the right # for their organization. Tried doing a search but it requires a Serial NUmber, but their CUA is not familiar with that term/value.
