GRID rows taking only 300 lines

Hello Folks,

We have jde 9.2 with TR 9.2.1.1 on sun solaris.

User not able to import or copy paste more than 300 rows in 9.2. I have checked the grid rows import size is already set to 1000 which is default.

Kindly help me to find out the solution for the same.
