user creation in HRMS

Hi,

When I am creating the user in the Global Hrms responsibility , it will trigger an alert which contains the concurrent program attached to it.

But when i create the user from front end , the request will get successfull but it will not create the user or populate the user in our stage table.

Infact when i took the Rowid of alert request and it our procedure from the backend, the data will be inserted to the stage table.

But why it is not populating the data from front end?

please help me .
