Process Details - Outstanding Requests

Hello,

Please help me out about the "Outstanding Requests"  which we see under Process Details through Server Manger.

Q1 : How this Outstanding Requests actually show and work.

Q2;  I'm attaching the screen of ES which shows some of the Kernel Process is holding 101,.........,11,.....10 like that and some Kernel Process hold Zero. If some issues is there than how to trouble shoot this.
