Siebel Mobile Thin Client is Freeze/Hang

Hi Techies,

Suddenly, Thin Client is not working as expected.

Able login from login-page, after that cant navigate to any of the screens.

Checked following areas:

1) Space of App server, web server and DB server

2) Able to connect ODBC with siebel server.

3) Able to ping with web server, DB server and App server

4) All comps, groups and server - Online & running

5) generate fresh genb

6) remove dicache & dicdata files

7) clear temp folder of siebsrvr

8) There is no core files

9) CPU & RAM utilization withing threshold.
