Preventive Maintenance

Dear Team,

Please note we are using frequency and meter based PM schedule's to generate PM work order's

But we have scenario where in the inspector will go for site visit and he found (Abnormal sounds or any other different issue)

here for the particular asset we don't any specific activity for the identified issue and asset is running not have any  breakdown issue so we don't want to create any corrective maintenance work order

since the user is going to take preventive action on the asset ,How can we handle this

but we have weekly ,monthly, and yearly activities defined for the same asset
