Flashback Data Archive (Total Recall)

We are looking at implementing the Flashback Data Archive (Oracle Total Recall) in our environment for the purposes of getting near online access to historical data.

Our database version: 11.2.0.4 (RAC)

This has a physical standby DB.

This is a VLDB (510TB).

1. How does on get to install FDA?

2. Any pointers to documentation that can get us going from scratch will be highly appreciated.

All I can find are documents with SQlPLUS commands and nothing on installing, etc.
