Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Cycle count cancel can be done from other entity's

Dear Friends,

We are facing an issue where Users are able to cancel the cycle count which belongs to other entity.

I checked the P41240 and it seems that this is irrespective of any Bu or Company.

How can we stop this and what can be best approach for this?

Can we secure "Cancel cycle count option" for all the users but that way , Users from their own entity , they wont be able to cancel the cycle count.
