R11i Oracle Installed Base Party Name search with % not working anymore

Dear all,

I've a question about Installed Base on a R11i environment. We installed some patches to improve the working of Installed Base, but now somehow the search on Party Name with % will not result in all Parties anymore. I'm talking about the General page for Item Instance and then the Installed at Party Name.

On our TEST environment where the patches are installed, it's working as supposed to be, but on the VAL and PRD not. On the TEST the patches are not installed, but on the VAL and PRD they are.

The installed patches are:

BUG_ID BUG_NUMBER CREATION_DATE
