Balance adjust for involuntary deducts
I have followed the instructions on Metalink about processing the refund of an involuntary deduction and then processing a balance adjustment using the Calculator element. The Balance itself is correct, but the YTD on the pay slip still reflects the original amount, not inclusive of the balance adjustment....
How do we get the SOE to reflect the same as the Balance form?
