Format cells in Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio

Am using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio (Server Build - 11.1.2.4.701.0112; Installed Build - 11.1.2.4.0112)

In my gird I have two data rows where i have the numbers formatted as percentage and two data rows that are formatted as numbers (rounded to thousands). When i run the report all rows are formatted as percentage. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
