Hi, Customer is asking to provide the Template icon (or Template drop down) beside the Text drop down in Attachments tab, which will minimise the number of clicks and improve productivity. Is this possible?

Currently to insert a template, We have to follow the steps:

  1. Select the icon beside the Text dropdown

This will display the Attachment Manager. Then select a Text attachment or create a new attachment

After the text attachment opens, then select the Template icon to select a template.
