Blank Interim entry

Has anyone had this issue or know what causes the issue

1. Interim workbench, add interim

2.Any paytype or specifically paytype for backpay

3. Calculate

4. Save

5. Then when you search and go to Interim Entry again, the Calculation/Payment details values are there but the paytype or the entries itself are missing.

What is the cause?
