Scheduler Jobs in error

Hello Folks,

JD Edwards 9.2 with TR 9.2.1.1 on Sun Solaris

We upgraded the system from 8.11 to 9.2. Scheduler jobs are going into error without launching since last 4-5 days for particular user. For the same user some jobs are getting successfully done but some jobs are in error. I have reset the password for the same user and tried but the result is same. In the scheduler log i getting below text..

JDB9900155 - Failed to get non - zero AB Number.
