Not able to view upload and other option in oracle imaging and process management 11.1.1.9

HI Team,

I have installed oracle IPM with oracle webcenter content 11.1.1.9 version however when ever i login to http://192.168.1.120:16000/imaging  i don't find upload option or any other option in TOOLS, is there any setting or is this some issue with my installation...
