Difference between packages deployed at server only and both server and fat

Hi All,

I wanted to know few things on the packages.

1. I wanted to know  issues when the package is deployed at server only not done at fat.

2. Is it is recommended process. If forget to deploy package at fat after deployed at server, is there any process to deploy the same at fat?

3.Do you find any spec difference?.

Please help me with answers.
