12.1.3 Supplier Profile Administrator responsibility error

Hello,

We are implementing SLM but we have not been able to resolve the following error that occurs when navigating to the responsibility Supplier Profile Administrator ->  Supplier Profile Administration -> Manage Profiles

Exception Details. 

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.pos.profile.server.SuppSummAM'.

JBO-30003: The application pool (exd101-vip.datacard.comebsdevd_BALANCE1521oracle.apps.pos.profile.server.SuppSummAM) failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:

oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.PersistenceException, msg=JBO-26002: Error Parsing the XML file "/oracle/apps/pos/profile/server/SuppSummAM.xml".
