Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are in the process of integration a legacy warehouse into an Oracle instance with other orgs. The Oracle locator delimiter is period.

In the warehouse the physical labels on the locator have - as the delimiter. We are not using WMS so locator alias is not expected to work.

While using the bar code scanners we have the following requirements

a) If we get an input as A-B-C(Physical locator scan) how do we translate it as A.B.C

b) If we get an input as A.B.C( Oracle pick slip output) how do we translate it as A-B-C (actual physical locator label)
