Unable to start weblogic due to password expiry: ORA-28001

Hello All,

I am facing an issue with our 9.3.6 installation. The password of the agile user in agile schema got expired recently. As a result, the weblogic managed servers were failing to get start up. I didn't know that the db policy can be set so that the password never expire. I was unable to connect to the schema with SQLPlus or SQL Developer. Anyhow, after following the instructions mentioned Doc ID 2073682.1 and Doc ID 1997984.1 was successfully able to reset the agile user password to the default one and connect to the schema again. However, still weblogic failed to start with same error. Can someone please enlighten me what should I do?
