Only Available stock should list in Sales Order Lines

I have a question that my client is into trading of automobile parts. and Every month they have a changes in item purchase price and selling price. As of now, they were creating new items with @rate For Eg:
XXX-13324W STD@1285
XXX-13324W STD@1333
XXX-13324W STD@1367
XXX-13324W STD@1394.00
XXX-13324W STD@1394.33
So, every time when i query a item with part number. It shows all the items in the inventory master. For some old price items we do not have stock.
Request your ideas and solutions to LIST only the available onhand items in the sales order line.
