General Ledger Accounting Setup Program not launching after updating Natural account Value

Hi , I have just installed r12.2.4 Vision Demo. I am to configure GL.

-I create a COA with 5 segments.

-I have created their respective

-I used dataloader toload the values for the Natural Account segment.

- For the other segments, I manually created the values

While trying to define my ledger, I cant see the values for the Natural account when updating Retained Earnings. 

I have navigated to the Setup>Financials> Flexfield>Segment> Values and queried the Account segment and found all the values however, these values are not in the LOV  when updating Retained Earnings in the Ledger setup.

I tried to update the retained Earning value qualifier and saved . When I closed the form, the General Ledger Accounting Setup Program did not automatically launch.
