Promised delivery time to populate from customer master

Good day,

Is there any option to get populated  the field "promised delivery time" automatically from customer master  during the sales order entry time.  (Or) We have to enter this field manually?  I saw only there is option to get the promised delivery date by using advance preferences.

Please help in this regard.
