In EPC Project company, many equipment are on lease. These are created in EAM as Asset Number. Month

In a EPC company, many equipment are acquired either through lease or hire agreement from third party. Once equipment are received these are created in EAM as Asset Number. Monthly Lease are paid using AP against PO. We want to capture this cost (Lease and Hire cost ) against the equipment. What is best way to do this ?
