Item Catalogs -Difference between PDH and Functional Area
I need help from Oracle gurus to understand the basic difference between PDH catalogs and Functional Area catalogs, and what scenario will each of these be used in?
I am required to create 5 different catalogs - Inventory Item catalog, Expense-stockable item catalog, Expense non-stockable catalog, Asset item catalog (Fixed and maintenance…if
attributes needed are different from above three) and OSP item catalog. Category hierarchy is not the need of the hour, which catalog configuration will be suited for my requirement?
