Oracle SBC 3820 to Microsoft O365

We hava a Oracle SBC and a Avaya phone sytem connected via SBC to O365, if we use from the SBC to AVAYA SRTP all is working ,but if i change this to RTP i get from Microsoft O365 The message 488 and if i have a look to the first invite from the sbc to O365 i see RTP Potrt 0
