Ways to capture memory leak in Siebel IP 16.11

Hi Team,

Can you please suggest the ways we can capture memory leak in Siebel IP 16.11

We are using Windows 2008 R2 app servers.

Debugdiag crash rule is configured and Perfmon is setup for to capture memory, process.

When we have debugdiag does OSD or error occurs in siebel enterprise log ?

If not, how can we monitor if crash has occurred.
