OT order unit cost getting changed - Transfer order

Hi,

Created a ST / OT order between two branch plants, branch plants belong different companies.

When ST order is entered, OT unit cost was taken from ST Unit price.

During ship confirmation, OT unit cost is getting changed.

For example

OT unit cost at the time of ST entry $ 6.2662.

OT unit cost after ship confirmation $ 6.2714.

How the OT unit cost is getting changed?

Details of the data / setup given below.

  1. Base currency of FROM branch plant is in INR and TO branch plant is in AED.
  2. ST/OT is created on a common currency USD.
  3. Base price is defined for Address book number of
