JDE 9.2.1.2 Delinquency Notice does not print in foreign currency

We have some Canadian customers that are set up in CAD currency code in the customer master but the domestic/base currency for the company that  the invoices are posted under is USD. In JDE 8.12 when we used to print the delinquency notices it printed these payment reminders in CAD with CAD amounts. Now that we have switched to JDE 9.2.1.2 the delinquency notices for those customers show up in USD. I checked the processing option for R03B525 but the only section where you can pick currency is in the late fees and when I set it there to "customer"
