Fixed Asset Depreciation Change

JDE 9.2 Fixed Assets

We have assets which we want to change the Straight line depreciation from 480 months to 180 months.

The expired depreciation to date is 85 months and the old Depreciation remaining months is 395 months.

The new remaining depreciation is 95 months.

We want to change the depreciation in Dec

Our financial year is from July to June so in Dec the deprecation that has gone this year is 5 months

JDE does the new depreciation calculation for the year and then looks at what the YTD Accumulated Depreciation is and then makes the adjustment this month for the whole year.

We want the depreciation calculated before today (July to November) to remain and December to reflect only the new depreciation.
