Interim giving EDTOBJAUT error ... why? F0607 & F0719 have valid WANO in all lines

We have one employee that has a 401K loan (DBA3595 - calendar month) that was promoted from hourly to salary on 12/1/17 but not updated in JDE until 12/14/17. Paperwork was late, so PR ran the weekly payrolls (hourly) PPEDs 12/2/17 & 12/9/17 for that person and it took the $31.98 loan deduction for both pay cycles. EE Org & Comp records were updated for the promotion on 12/14/17, then PR ran the Semi Pay cycle last Friday (12/15/17)  for PPED 12/31/17 [12/16-12/31/17] for that person and it took out the weekly amount $31.98 so that the loan is now paid back (total loan was $1535.04).  Payroll is now trying to run a lump sum interim for retropay on work date 12/15/17 and we are getting the infamous "
