Self Service for Credit application in Oracle R12

Dear all,

Currently we are asking our prospects/customers to complete the credit applicaiton manually and send it through via email.

Do you know if Oracle applications have the self service feature which could expose to the external users for applying Credit Application online so our prospects/customers can complete and submit for the credit review seamlessly?
