2018 Social Security Wage Limit decreased from $128,700 to $128,400.

I noticed that the PR EOY Phase 2 patch released on Friday, November, 15 2017 still has the 2018 SS Wage Base set to $128,700.  Per the SSA, they changed that limit from $128,700 to $128,400 on Nov. 27, 2017.   The December Vertex tax file released today does have the correct wage base of $128,400.

Will there be a new patch released to correct this?
