Unable to override price when creating credit order

edited Dec 27, 2017 4:00AM in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hello

We have sales order with unit price $10 (calculated after applying price adjustment) and the order is sales updated.

When we create a credit using credit from history functionality, price is defaulted to $10 on the sales order line. However, when we override the price to $7 and move to the next field, then price is again defaulted to $10. In this case, user wanted to retain $7 as this is the price user entered.

We tried enabling “Apply on Overrride” price on the price adjustment and it worked. However, we have other issues when we do this.

We need to retain $7 in this case, could you please help us in achieving this using other options. Thanks for your help.
