Demantra Active session expires without any alert after 120 mins with EBS SSO
Dear All,
We have a Single Sign on between E Business Suite and Demantra Demand Management. ( 12.2.4)
We are seeing that the Demantra Worksheet and the CWB both close after 120 mins. This is suppose to be the SSO idle time from EBS.
Question:-
1) Where can we observe why the worksheet/ CWB session expired? Is this captured in the Collaborator log? Can we enable trace and find out the root cause for the session expiry.
