Load Balancer and WebVerifier When using the LB URL, the user is not able to view the batch list.

After login in WFR in our lower instance,sometimes the batch id list is not loading while upon refreshing the page 2 or 3 times it opens. And even sometimes after refreshing the page, batch id list is not loading in WFR.

so can you please help me why this issue occur ?
