Unable to load communication driver DLL svd.dll.(SBL-CSR-00507)

Hi,

I built custom CTI driver using Visual Studio 2017. Compiled it in 32 bit release mode. Then tested the CTI toolbar after copying the dll at following locations -

1. windows\system32 dir

2. siebel bin dir

3. siebel client dir

in all cases i am getting error - Unable to load communication driver DLL svd.dll.(SBL-CSR-00507)

In driver configuration I am specifying Library Name as svd.dll

Also tested using absolute path name. Kept file at C:\Dev\svd.dll and configured Library Name as C:\Dev\svd.dll

Same problem persists.
