SAFE_DIVISION throwing wrong result when the numerator and denominator have different signs

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

SAFE_DIVISION used in server expression is showing wrong result when the numerator and denominator are of different signs. The series is supposed to aggregate as PERCENTAGE. but when the signs are different, it is doing the SUM. If the numerator and denominator are of same signs, then the results are correct.
