Intermittent email failure - Send Separate Remittance

Good morning,

Some of our suppliers are not receiving their email remittance.  The email addresses are legitimate.  The same address will fail one time and work the next.  The larger the payment batch, the more failures we see.

The error in the log is as follows:

before calling XDO req.setDocument()

before calling XDO req.submit()

Request Failed with Status ::12

The delivery request was failed because of the error in the server side.

Sucessfully delivered separate remittance advice/payer notification.

Our business tried an SR with Oracle; however, they will not support because we use a custom template (which has worked without issue for 6 years) for our remittance and a test batch worked with their seeded template.
