Change Origin address in Transportation

Looking for some help on the following.

I am looking to see if there is anyway to change the origin/pickup point for either a load or shipment. Before answering this let me paint the complete picture. So I have a shipment based on a sales order that says it is shipping from B/P 30 to customer 123. Now what I want to do is actually pick up the product from a vendor 567 and ship to customer123. The origin must be a B/P from everything I can see and there is no way to override the address info from what I can tell. The final result that
